Refund and Returns Policy
At Siya Textile, customer satisfaction is our priority. To provide a smooth shopping experience, we offer a clear return and replacement process for eligible orders.
Return Policy (2-Day Return Window)
We offer a 2-day return policy from the date of delivery. Customers may request a return only if the product received is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect or different from what was ordered
To raise a return request, customers must contact us within 2 days of delivery and share clear photos or videos showing the issue. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging (if applicable). Our team will evaluate the request and notify you of approval or rejection as per the policy.
Refund Policy
If refund is approved by siya textile , the refund amount will be credited to customer’s account in 2-3 working days.
Replacement Policy
Once the return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the replacement. All approved replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be shipped and delivered within 5–7 working days. Tracking details will be shared once the replacement is dispatched. If the product is out of stock, our team will communicate alternative options.
Important Notes
Returns raised after the 2-day window will not be accepted.
Only damaged, defective, or incorrect products qualify for return and replacement.
Products must be returned in their original condition for the replacement to be processed.
